Elizabeth Gillies

Gillies Acting career began in the year 12 when she started going to local casting call open to the public. Her first appearances were in commercials for companies like Virgin Mobile. Gillies played a regular role on The Black Donnellys in three episodes. Her parents did not allow her to see the full series because they felt the show was not appropriate for her. (citation needed) She played tiny roles in The Clique Harold and Locker 504 between 2008 and 2009. At the end of summer, Ariana, who would be later in Victorious with her, was cast with her as Lucy in a Goodspeed production that was Jason Robert Brown's 13 musical. In the following year, 13 made the move to Broadway and became an unprecedented Broadway production to feature the entire cast and orchestra made up of teenagers. Her two biggest numbers, "Opportunity", and "It could not be real", were and were followed by smaller parts in tunes like "Hey Kendra", "Getting Ready" and "It's a Good Thing.
